EndNote is one of two bibliographic management programs available to you free of charge at UR. (RefWorks is the other program.)
With EndNote, you can search online databases, organize references, images, and PDFs, and instantly create in-text citations and bibliographies. Plus, you can choose from thousands of bibliographic styles, including APA, AMA, and other commonly used styles in medicine and health.
Miner Library is now enrolling for EndNote classes that will introduce you to the newest features, including importing references from online databases such as PubMed, Ovid Medline, and Google Scholar and creating a manuscript and bibliography using MS Word.
Classes are scheduled for:
– 3-4:30 pm Thursday, October 4
– 3-4:30 pm Tuesday, October 9
– 9-10:30 am Friday, November 9
– 10-11:30 am Monday, November 26
– 3-4:30 pm Thursday, December 6
– 10:30-noon Monday, December 17
